Brand Managers needed for Several Beauty Categories!

We’re looking for Brand Managers for several of our beauty categories. You will develop Marketing Plans, New Products and Promotions to increase revenue in professional and retail markets. Must be able to handle many projects at one time in a fast-paced, entrepreneurial environment.

You will work with our existing brand management and sales teams to drive all long and short-term brand strategy, develop innovative beauty products and consistent brand communications across communication channels: packaging, integrated media marketing, sales collateral and internal communications. Additional duties include the management of brand manuals and guidelines to ensure consistent brand presentation.

Responsibilities:

Work with sales to address current client needs and new business development.
Oversees and manages day-to-day brand related marketing and advertising and execution.
Develops integrated cross-platform marketing and merchandising programs to support brand growth.
Assists in pitching new programs or concepts to distributors.
Responsible for existing product enhancements and development of new product concepts.
Works with internal departments to source product components and packaging, develop cost profile and profitability and ensure legal and regulatory compliance.
Conducts on-going market research (consumer and competitive).
Identifies category market trends and makes recommendations to address trends.
Conducts on-going product financial analysis including sales trending, pricing/ profitability and sku optimization.
Provides monthly and quarterly reports to management.

Requirements:

Bachelor’s Degree required in business or related discipline. MBA a plus.
5+ years experience in consumer packaged goods brand management or marketing (beauty a plus).
Experience in POS systems.
Advanced Microsoft Excel and PowerPoint skills required.
Strong project management skills. Deadline driven.
Strategic thinker, creative marketer and product innovator.
Strong analysis skills for data presentation, including summary of key findings and recommendations.
Possesses strong interpersonal and team relationship building skills.
Must have a leadership style that promotes respect, credibility and trust throughout organization.
Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
Domestic travel as necessary.
Flexibility to work within an entrepreneurial and privately owned company environment.
